In a letter sent to The Salt Lake Tribune, Gregory Seamons acknowledged to "fooling around" with 11-year-old Rebecca Lemberger prior to her death in 1983, but he said he suspects his father likely killed the girl.

Officials say it was the National DNA data base that led investigators to 44-year-old Gregory Seamons, who's currently at an Idaho prison south of Boise serving time time for kidnapping and assault.
